We are looking for an Office Assistant to join our team in Dubai Media City


Responsibilities:

  • Organize and maintain office common areas.
  • Maintain supply and re-order stationary, office supplies, stationary etc.
  • Perform adjustments and/or minor repairs within the office.
  • Greet and prepare refreshments for the guests.
  • Prepare refreshments for guests and greet them at reception at times when receptionist is unavailable. 
  • Any ad hoc admin tasks which may arise.


Candidates must speak English, valid drivers license is a plus.
